After Christmas we were lucky enough to go to Utah to visit some family. It was so nice to be "home" again and let my mom and dad take care of us. A much needed break for me and I love and appreciate them both.
the kids with Grandma and Grandpa Shelton One of the things we did while we were there was sledding! I know not many people feel the same way, but I miss super snowy winters. It's fun, but just not the same enjoying the 70 degree weather in January! I mean yesterday we had a picnic at the park and it got too hot... Lindsay got a little tanned and rosey cheeked! To me, it shouldn't be this warm!!! Maybe the biggest thing that bothers me is knowing that most likely it will be snowing and cold in April when I feel like it should be getting warm! Oh well, I suppose I need to take what I can get when I can get it and just be happy.
Brandon learning to snowboard! He did AWESOME! We will have to see about encouraging this talent! And thanks to Uncle Robert who gave Brandon his old snowboard, it made him so happy!
